Michelle Ernst
Michelle Ernst is a Research Scientist at the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago (NORC). Her work with NORC focuses on assessing and interviewing children. She has worked on a variety of projects including the New Immigrant Survey, the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth, and the Multi-Site Evaluation of Foster Youth Programs.
Prior to working at NORC, Dr. Ernst worked at Loyola University Chicago as a Research Assistant and Statistics Instructor and at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she lead labs in Statistics and Research Methodology. In 2001 she earned a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Loyola University Chicago with an area of concentration in statistics.
