Kelly Fryer

Kelly Fryer

Kelly Fryer is the Executive Director of A.R.E., A Renewal Enterprise, a consulting organization which provides speaking, workshop leading and resource development for nonprofits and religious groups worldwide.

Rev. Fryer started her career as a high school language teacher then became a pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Compton, IL, growing the congregation in just three years by 30% and implementing community outreach programs and adult education. Rev. Fryer later served as Associate Chaplain at Lewis University, Senior Pastor at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church in Lockport and returned to academia as Assistant Professor or Congregational Leadership at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN in 2003.

Rev. Fryer received her Master’s degree in Theology from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago, focusing on Organizational Leadership and Growth and a Master's in Divinity from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia where she received awards for academic excellence and potential for leadership.
