Spertus Faculty
Larry Holleran
Mr. Holleran is a part-time consultant specializing in strategy, marketing, organization culture, and leadership. He also focuses on employee relations and human resource issues. He has served clients in the private and public sectors.
Mr. Holleran serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago and is a former Managing Director of the University's Center for Human Resource Management, a business and University partnership encompassing both the Chicago and Champaign-Urbana campuses. He recently retired as Executive Director of the Senior Personnel Executives Forum, a group of Human Resource executives from global corporations.
Mr. Holleran retired as a Corporate Vice President of FMC Corporation where he spent twenty four years of his professional career, ten as head of worldwide Human Resources. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. Mr. Holleran is a current member of the Boards of the Ada S. McKinley Social Service Agency, and the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago where he served on the Board and as President.
