Michael Majewski
Mike Majewski is a Shareholder, Director and Vice President of Selden Fox, Ltd. He has been a practicing public accountant his entire professional life, which includes over ten years with national firms. He is directly responsible for the auditing, financial reporting, accounting and tax needs of over fifty separate corporate entities, including manufacturers, service industries, real estate, leisure, nonprofit, and governmental entities.
In addition to his normal audit supervision duties, Mike has experience in providing litigation support (including trial testimony), fraud investigation, capital replacement reserve projections, and developer transition audits.
He is active as a speaker, author, and member of various trade, professional and educational organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society, Chicago Society of Association Executives and the Illinois Chapter of Community Association Institute (1989 President).
