DESCRIPTION

Oversees the entire operation of the agency, provides leadership to the Board of Directors in the development and management of agency policy. Provides strategic leadership, leads in development of revenue generation and acts as an advocate for community development/public outreach. Identifies changes in community and client needs and assists the Board in developing and implementing the agency's annual and long range objectives. Should have a minimum of seven years of experience in a high-level administrative/management capacity, including five or more years of related experience as a senior administrator in a not-for-profit human services organization. Should possess a graduate level degree in Social Sciences, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Business or Public Administration or related field. Demonstrated experience working with a Board of Directors, fiscal and personnel management systems, community and public relations, strategic planning and Jewish communal affairs.
