Coming later this year!

Created in partnership with Redmoon Theater Artistic Director Jim Lasko and Design Consultant Odile Compagnon, the new Children's Center will offer imaginative hands-on activities that focus on the building blocks of literacy—letters, language, and storytelling—inspired by text and literature in Jewish tradition.

Families and school groups will love our interactive alphabet video wall, rope climbing tube, kinetic marble sculpture, toy theater telling the story of creation, floor-to-ceiling reproductions of Gustav Doré’s engravings of scenes from the book of Genesis, and more. Hear stories inspired by Jewish tradition and create and share your own!

Adjacent to the exhibition, the Parent-Teacher Resource Room will provide materials to enhance a child's experience in all of Spertus Museum's galleries.
