The Poetry of Kabbalah

Acclaimed writer Peter Cole joined professor Rachel Shteir for a reading and conversation about his new book, The Poetry of Kabbalah. He is the author of a number of books, including Things on Which I've Stumbled and Sacred Trash: The Lost and Found World of the Cairo Geniza, co-written with Adina Hoffman. He is the translator of numberous volumes from Hebrew and Arabic, including the acclaimed anthology The Dream of the Poem: Hebrew Poetry from Muslim and Christian Spain, 950-1492.
