Philip Lesser is Vice President of Bostrom Corporation, a professional services firm specializing in management and consulting services to nonprofit organizations. He specializes in governance, leadership development, and strategic positioning. He also serves as managing director of the Microscopy Society of America.

Dr. Lesser has been the CEO of a number of nonprofit organizations and has served as chairman of the Association Forum of Chicagoland, president of the Chicago Association of Healthcare Executives, and chairman of the Certified Association Executive [CAE] Commission of the American Society of Association Executives. In addition to teaching at Spertus, Dr. Lesser is  an instructor at the United States Chamber of Commerce Institutes of Organization Management, as well as a frequent presenter at professional meetings.
