Tony R. Mastracci serves as the director of operations for Mercy Housing Lakefront. Prior to this appointment, he served as Mercy Housing's compliance and evaluation director. He has also worked for the City of Austin’s Budget Office as a corporate budget manager and budget analyst, and the Ohio Legislative Budget office as a policy analyst.

Mr. Mastracci serves on the Governing Board of the Chicago Continuum of Care and has been an Advisory Board member of the Central Texas Sustainability Indicators Project. He has presented at numerous conferences and lectured on such topics as Financial Management for Nonprofit Organizations and Performance Management and Decision-Making.
