Participants learned to get 5772 off to a sweet start with this fun and tasty Rosh Hashanah cooking demonstration. Spertus Executive Chef Laura Frankel — who regularly prepares dinner for hundreds of hungry guests — shared her insider secrets, plan-ahead tips, and time-saving techniques from years of cooking professionally.
Following the program, Chef Laura signed copies of her cookbooks, Jewish Cooking for All Seasons and Jewish Slow Cooker Recipes, available for purchase from the Spertus Shop. Participants were entered in a drawing to win a Michael Aram Apple-Shaped Honey Pot.
