Greater Chicago Jewish Festival

Sunday, June 8, 2014 - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

This event took place at St. Paul Woods in Morton Grove.

Held every other year, the Greater Chicago Jewish Festival features music, dance, art, storytelling, and food. This year’s headliners were Peter Himmelman, Maya Johanna Menachem, Yemen Blues, and Edon Pinchot from America’s Got Talent.

The Greater Chicago Jewish Festival brings together every facet of our hometown Jewish community. Spertus was glad to once again be a part!

Susan StoneSpertus Tent was host to master storyteller Susan Stone share Midrash, folktales, Chasidic stories, and personal narratives, woven together from Jewish oral traditions. Susan’s stories are sometimes mystical, often thought-provoking, frequently hilarious, and always entertaining.
