Spertus was proud to welcome to Chicago its first Weil fellow, esteemed writer and critic Paul Goldberger. The annual Weil fellowship was endowed by Spertus trustee Denis Weil in memory of his mother, Jacqueline Weil Bloch.

Spertus was pleased to hold this public lecture during its hosting of The Council of American Jewish Museums (CAJM) conference. CAJM is the national association for Jewish museum professionals.
