Guests learned the secrets to perfect latkes!

Chef Laura Frankel taught guests the secrets to crispy-crunchy latkes with three different types of delicious apple sauce. They also learned which oil is best for frying, which kinds of potatoes make the best latkes, and how to make your latkes ahead and beautifully serve them up for company.
