Lee Bienstock:
Being an Observant Jew
on The Apprentice
Monday, July 31
5:30 pm reception
6:15 pm program
Apprentice runner-up Lee Bienstock did more than vie for the coveted spot on Trump's team.
This 23-year-old Cornell grad and Hebrew Academy alum resisted team pressure to work on the High Holidays and brought to television the complex issue of religious observance in the corporate world.
Although he lost the title to Sean Yazbeck on June 5 – Bienstock had "a memorable ride and an unforgettable year." The youngest contestant to make it to The Apprentice finals, Bienstock will share stories from that year, and life lessons learned from sticking to his religious principles while being viewed by millions weekly.
