In conjunction with Spertus Museum's inaugural exhibition The New Authentics: Artists of the Post-Jewish Generation, David A. Hollinger explored the emergence of the postethnic era, a cultural climate in which individuals can appreciate and critically engage in ideas and practices that owe much to specific religious and ethnic groups, but are no longer confined by them.
