Guided Tours

Docent-led tours are available by appointment during regular museum hours. All tours may be tailored for your group's specific interests.

    Themes include:
  • Special Exhibitions that Explore Contemporary Culture
  • Encounters with Judaism
  • Loss and Remembrance: The Holocaust
  • Language and Storytelling
  • Bereshit and Origin Stories
  • Exploring Jewish Identities
  • What has been left: Spertus Museum's Collections

Group tour rates are $40 for groups of up to 25, $75 for groups of up to 50. Tours of the Gray Family Children's Center cost $60 for groups of up to 30 and $100 for groups of up to 60. Call for accommodation of larger groups, tours outside regular hours, and adult tour pricing.

School tours align with the Illinois State Learning Standards, including State English Language Arts Goals 1, 2, 3, and 4, State Social Science Goals 16, 17, and 18, and State Fine Arts Goals 25, 26, and 27.
