Dr. Gail Berger Darlow, an assistant professor at Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and the Kellogg School of Management, brings academic and professional experience in the areas of organizational behavior, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership. She has consulted for both small firms and Fortune 500 companies in the areas of executive assessments, leadership development, and team building.
