Bio
Michelle Lynn-Sachs is a leadership coach and consultant working with Jewish professionals and organizations across North America and an instructor in a variety of professional leadership programs. She also serves as an associate editor at the Journal of Jewish Education and chair of the prestigious Wexner Field Fellowship, of which she is a graduate.
Prior to founding Spotlight Consulting & Coaching, Dr. Lynn-Sachs taught Jewish education and leadership at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and the Jewish Theological Seminary, consulted for the Union for Reform Judaism, and was the educational leader at Holy Blossom Temple in Toronto, Ontario.
She completed the coach training program at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile™. She lives in Austin, TX.
