Learn to Manage Conflict with Coach Marci Mayer Eisen

Being a great board member means advancing your organization’s mission when everything is going perfectly—and when there is the inevitable push and pull that comes when passionate people work together for a cause.

Join Marci Mayer Eisen to discover how to:

        1. Expect conflict.
        2. Embrace conflict.
        3. Manage perspectives, priorities, and
          personalities with enthusiasm and optimism.

Come away with new insights and skills to respond confidently and promote understanding, trust, and positive outcomes.

Marci Mayer Eisen is Director of the Millstone Institute, a community-wide initiative of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. An established leadership coach, she leads workshops on topics including teamwork, leadership, and building effective boards.

Spertus Chancellor Dr. Hal M. Lewis, a expert on the leadership of Jewish organizations and principal consultant for Leadership For Impact LLC, will introduce the program.

Following Lay Leadership Academy, stay for
Chicago Jewish Community Networking Night.
