Bio

Alyssa Dickman has more than twenty years of experience in the areas of talent development and professional leadership development.

Ms. Dickman worked at Slalom Consulting in their Organizational Effectiveness Practice before starting her own coaching and consulting business. She is an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach and hosts a podcast on the art and science of leadership. She is certified in an array of individual development tools including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, Hogan Leadership Assessment Series, and DISC communication styles.

Prior to joining the Spertus Institute faculty, Ms. Dickman taught for Northwestern’s School of Professional Studies where she focused on helping leaders develop people and teams.
