Bio

Dr. Yossi Kastan brings over 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, education, and leadership development. He is the former Director of the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University and a former Head of School. As founder of TAP Leadership Group, Dr. Kastan partners with mission-based organizations to help leaders navigate change, strengthen alignment, and translate values into action through one-on-one coaching and facilitated team retreats.
