Johannah Simon is a Sr. Program Owner at Amazon, where she develops and enables front-line leader capability building and on-boarding for Associates around the globe. Over the tenure of her 20-year career, Johannah has held Learning, HR, Business Transformation, Operational, and Regulatory leadership positions within Technology and Financial Services companies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Charles Schwab, Discover Financial Services, and Zurich North America.
As a lifelong learner, Johannah Simon is a Certified Business Analyst, Certified Cloud Practitioner, Change Management Professional, and a Brinkerhoff Learning Journey Architect. Simon is also an MBA Adjunct Professor at Lewis University, College of Business and an #IAmRemarkable Facilitator.
Outside of work, she enjoys writing creative non-fiction and flash fiction stories. Her work has been published in literary journals and placed in international writing competitions. She also has a passion for paper crafting and has a TEDx on the transformative power of scrapbooking.
