Leveraging Trust to Build Strong Professional Relationships
Tuesday, September 16, 2025
12:30 to 1:30 PM CST
Trust is the key component of strong professional relationships and it allows for effective supervision, managing upwards, sharing feedback with colleagues and having difficult conversations across the board.
In this session, we will explore the trust equation and see how credibility, reliability, connection and self-orientation can be leveraged to build incredibly strong professional bonds and unlock untapped potential in your work relationships.

Spertus faculty member Stefan Teodosic leads this session.
Stefan Teodosic is the founder of Maverick Soul Consulting. In a career dedicated to transforming nonprofits and the individuals who power them, he has served as Executive Director of Beber Camp, Perlman Camp, and the Perlman Retreat Center, and as co-founder of the Association of Independent Jewish Camps. He is a Moishe House board member and a member of the Jewish United Fund’s Jewish Education Committee. Before his move to the nonprofit world, Teodosic earned his MBA and worked in the strategic financial services sector for American Express.
Connect & Learn is presented in partnership with JPro Chicago.
