In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the National Association for Temple Administration (NATA), in proud partnership with Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership, is launching a dynamic Certificate in Synagogue Executive Leadership — the only professional education designed exclusively for emerging synagogue senior executives ready to grow their skills.
Synagogue leadership is being redefined. Financial realities are shifting. Community needs are evolving. Today’s synagogue executives need the skills, vision, and confidence to lead through change. Responding to years of research and input from NATA members and a deep understanding of the demands of the synagogue senior executive role, the Certificate in Synagogue Executive Leadership prepares and supports the next generation of leaders through an impactful, cohort-based experience. Led by Spertus Institute faculty, it delivers the practical tools and perspectives needed to guide congregations with confidence.
