Bio

Dr. Rob Weinberg is a sought-after professional coach helping rabbis and other senior leaders in the Jewish community find clarity, chart direction, and navigate change.

Following an 18-year career as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Dr. Weinberg served as Director of HUC-JIR’s Experiment in Congregational Education, facilitating transformational change in congregations. He also managed the Jim Joseph Foundation Education Initiative at HUC-JIR.

Dr. Weinberg has taught at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, its School of Education and Social Policy, and at HUC-JIR. He has completed coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, is certified in Leading Organizational Transitions by William Bridges & Associates, and is qualified in the Perceptive Communications® style profile. In his spare time he builds furniture, bakes bread, plays guitar and banjo, and travels across North America in a small motorhome.
